Our goal at Arcade Equipment Warehouse is to offer home owners and small business owners an opportunity to own quality commercial grade arcade games and equipment for pleasure in their homes and also to generate additional revenues in their existing small business.
Anyone thinking of purchasing a game for their home or business should realize that at some point they will have to attempt to trouble shoot their game and get their hands in it and try to figure out what went wrong. That being said we have an extensive list of qualified technicians around the country that if available in your area, will make a “house call” to repair or service your game.
We stand behind every game and product we sell. Besides any manufacturers warranty we give an additional 90 day warranty on all parts except MONITORS and LIGHT BULBS! These are items that are subject to random life expectancies.
All games are shipped motor freight and are either delivered to a local truck terminal in your area or for an additional charge they will deliver it to your front door (under normal circumstances). They will not bring in or set up the game for you. Also the equipment is very heavy and often times requires a “lift gate” to get the game off the back of the truck to ground level.
This service is not required if you feel that you can handle getting the game down on your own. The driver is not required to get the game down for you. Please keep this in mind to avoid any delivery nightmares! They will not bring your game inside or up stairs. At your own discretion you may want to persuade the driver to do additional service but he is not obligated to do anything other than get the game to your address.
